  I'm not gonna lie, I love the pizza. But tonight I had a horrible experience with the delivery service. I ordered online saying I am paying with debit at the door. The driver showed up and said I had to pay cash because the machine had no paper. I said that I had no cash and that's why I chose debit. He left me the pizza and said he would come back with the machine once he got paper. Which was fine. This was about 745pm. Well I ate my pizza and around 945pm I went to bed. At 10pm I heard my doorbell. It was the driver back 2 hours later wanting payment. It wouldn't have been a big deal if weren't 2 hours later and I wasn't getting ready for bed. If that wasn't bad enough he had the nerve to blame us for all of this, because the last house had cash! I'm not sure if I will order from here again. I am definitely not ordering for delivery. It would have been zero stars if the pizza weren't so good.

  I only ordered once from this Domino’s Pizza. We ordered two large pizzas for delivery and received one pizza that was wrong and the other was severely under cooked. After all of that they refused to refund us the full amount – saying we still needed to pay for delivery. We never received our full refund and had to order pizza elsewhere that night. I’m sure this was a one-off bad experience, but in a small town like Bradford, there’s just too many other options for pizza to justify giving them another shot. I’ve never ordered again not only from this Domino’s but any Domino’s locations.
